Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

The item is returned within 7 days of delivery

The product has original tags and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged items (not due to our error)

Items without original packaging

Discounted or clearance items (if applicable)

Customized or printed-on-demand products (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.

Exchange Policy (For Apparel)

Exchanges are available for size issues (subject to stock availability)

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our side

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued via:

Original payment method, or

Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be processed.
